Embossed Silver Decals

Places such as above your license plate or next to the manufacturer fitted chrome emblem of the vehicles make and model.

I need large red cross decals 11" or so?
I have checked google and ebay and all I can find is the iron cross in red, with an occasional red christian cross. preferably I'd like the type that is the circle in red with the equilateral cross as the cut out part. It's going on my car so it has to be all weather. A fallback would be to cut them myself with a ruler and a razor, but then I would have to find red vinyl decals that are a foot square.
Does anyone know of anything short of paying a custom shop to do the work? It seems unnecessary in this case.
One of your local sign shops that has a CNC vinyl cutter should be able to do that easily.
