I have a very obnoxious neighbor, my fence is on my property, can I paint it a horrible color facing him?
He has done some things that cost me money, and I would like him to know that he is a jerk.All the neighbors think the same way.He would have to look at the fence every day, and I would like to paint it, purple, turquoise, or even stripes.Is this legal?I don't want to have to pay any more money out of my pocket,but this is the only way I can let him know how upset I am over his attitude.One thing, he is mad that I grew grapes on my fence and they over lap on his side where he grows tomatoes.
Monica, I agree, kindness works, but he is an extreme jerk and always messing with us, he would take the gesture as "cookies taste like crap" attitude and throw them in th garbage.
Its best not escalate the feud, no matter how tempting that might be!
You are still stuck with him as a neighbour, and if you do something like that then he will do something horrible back, and on its goes.
