Natural Healing - 149 Ways To Holistic Healing
Years ago I was thinking about all the natural ways to heal ones self and I decided to write them all down. These are the real ways to heal. No recommendation to use prescription drugs will be in my writings! I do recommend my wonderful millet hull pillows, my comfortable orthotics and also my zafu cushions.
1. Exercise. 2. Eat healthy, organic foods. 3. Drink fresh fruit and vegetable juices. 4. Think positive thoughts. 5. Learn about and utilize herbs. 6. Drink filtered water. 7. Learn how to detoxify and cleanse your body. 8. Do yoga. 9. Get a massage. 10. Stay away from "conventional" man made, greed driven medicine as much as possible. 11. Find a naturopathic doctor. 12. Go to good gatherings of down to earth people and give them the natural love that was inherently given to you. 13. Let others make their own choices. 14. Listen to your intuition. 15. Breathe. 16. Meditate. 17. Stay open minded. 18. Have good posture. 19. Go walking. 20. Eat more raw foods. 21. Eat less meat. 22. Eat whole foods. 23. Eat seaweeds. 24. Give to charities. 25. Ride a bicycle. 26. Sleep on a good mattress. 27. Watch healthy programming. 28. Read healthy books and magazines. 29. Avoid materialism. 30. Avoid negative people, places and things. 31. Seek moderacy. Avoid extremism. 32. Understand that all things are here for a reason. 33. Adhere to simple things. 34. Adopt a pet. 35. Love your Earth. 36. Respect your Earth. 37. Be strong. 38. Stick to good ethical values. 39. Build faith in the divine. 40. Respect all faiths. 41. Cry. 42. Laugh. 43. Be sympathetic. 44. Hug someone. 45. Tell someone that you love them. 46. Accept death as a natural part of life. 149. Learn acupressure.
